Payment
My Outdoor Dad accepts payments through all Major Credit Cards via SSL Secured Shopify Pay / Stripe and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Production of Handmade Items

Most of our handmade items are shipped directly from the artist, jeweler or craftsman that creates the item.

Usual production times for our handmade items are 3-5 days. 

Due to the nature of handmade items, at times during peak seasons and Holidays, handling / creation time be extended from 3-5 days to week or even over a month.

Shipping

Most orders will ship and shipment tracking updated to orders within 5-10 business days from the date of payment. (excluding weekends and holidays).

All packages will be shipped via USPS First Class with Tracking unless otherwise noted.

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through checkout, please contact the us prior to payment. support@myoutdoordad.com

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns unless the item was mislabeled or damaged. If your product was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at support@myoutdoordad.com. If you have included "Shipping Protection" to your order, we will then issue you a redo at no charge. However, If you did not include shipping protection to your damaged order, we can offer a 50% off replacement discount. Please reach out to us if you would like to use this option and we will apply your 50% off discount to your order and send you an invoice to your email where you may conveniently submit payment. Please note that if your order didn't include shipping insurance, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items and therefore cannot issue a refund on those items. 

If your order arrives with incorrect personalization or engraving, we will take back the item no questions asked, fix the engraving, and ship the corrected item to you at no cost to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Orders can also be tracked using your email address or order number by using our tracking search feature here: Order Status

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@my-outdoor-dad.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
